I had a great experience at this hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to the receptionists Alexander and Elizabeth. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcomed. Their positive attitude and willingness to help with anything I needed really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service this good — they definitely made my stay better and more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Aloft in Lawrenceville during her work assignment, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we stepped into the room, it was clear that attention to cleanliness and comfort was a priority for this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. It had a fresh, pleasant scent, and everything—from the furniture placement to the lighting—felt smartly appointed and modern. The bed was very comfortable, with clean, crisp linens that made for a restful night’s sleep. I was equally impressed with the bathroom area: bright, contemporary, and spotless, with a spacious shower that felt both stylish and functional. Despite being in a busy area, the room remained quiet throughout our stay, offering a peaceful environment to relax in. Even the view was unexpectedly nice, adding a bit of charm to an already pleasant experience. Overall, Aloft Lawrenceville delivered exactly what a modern traveler hopes for: cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful design. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel in the area.

Very fun concept for something different but they did VERY little for noise cancelation. You can hear everything from every room around you. There's no dressers or drawers and very little space to set stuff besides the ground. There's only a charging plug in on one side of the bed. But I have to say the shower is the cleanest hotel shower I have used in a very long time. Very clean room in general. Nice staff that had our room ready early with no hassle. Smells really nice too.

The experience was fine, the service was good and the late checkout by default was welcomed. However, the rooms are quite small and the shower would constantly leak into the bathroom floor, you could tell this had happened a lot based on how the laminate flooring was starting to become wavy. All and all I would stay here again, but for three price paid, you could probably get a nicer room somewhere else. I did like that they have a nice Bluetooth speaker in every room! More hotels should do this!

Frederica by far has the best customer service that Ive experienced. I just wanted wanted to take the time to say how happy I was to have her assist us. She was kind, patient and very easy to speak with.

Me and my coworker went to this location for a business trip and we were shocked at how clean and quaint this hotel was. Everything was spotless, lobby was inviting and cozy. Caleb, the bartender, was so so accommodating and well versed on making drinks and tailoring them to our desires. The next trip in this area, I will be staying here again. Good for business or leisurely stays.

First and foremost, I’d like to state this review is due to the horrible customer service I received from the “Marriott Titanium Customer Service Line,” on the evening of 9/22. I REALLY really enjoyed my time at this hotel, and it was a comfortable landing spot during a relocation to the area. Marina, who manages group rates, was superb at every point. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping, desk staff, and management were great. Top notch across the board. I made arrangements for a longterm stay from 6/10-9/12. I even extended a week down 9/12-9/19. At the time of making these arrangements, I mentioned that I would have regular and overlapping business travel. As such, during some weeks, the hotel would be more of a landing space for my belongings, but I wouldn’t always be there. As a longterm Marriott Bonvoy member (I’ve stayed over 1,000 nights in the past 7 years), I kept my brand loyalty to Marriott, during any overlapping travel in other towns. After I checked out of the hotel on 9/12, my Bonvoy points were never added to my account. I called the Titanium Customer Service team on 9/22, after 8P EST. I politely explained my issue. The first representative was a bit condescending, and after several minutes, told me I wasn’t going to receive points due to overlapping travel/having dual reservations in more than one city, sporadically, on the same night. I explained to her that I was never informed of that and the Aloft knew I’d be traveling and staying in other Marriott properties occasionally, so I imagined it was an oversight or an instance of getting caught in the gray area of a company policy-things happen, I get it. After multiple passive aggressive comments, the representative opened a ticket for my case, but mentioned any points awarded from other properties during this time, would be removed. I told her I wouldn’t have given those thousands of dollars and brand loyalty to Marriott, had anyone explained that to me prior…I simply would have booked with Hilton Honors for any overlapping stays. I asked to speak to a supervisor to explain the situation further. When he got on the phone, he was immediately condescending and unprofessional. Some of his remakes even came off as having racist undertones towards me. He kept interrupting me and eventually hung up on me as I politely tried to restate the issue. Spending over $17,000 with Marriott over a 4-month period has turned into the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Brand loyalty should be appreciated, not punished.

Fantastic experience at Aloft this weekend! Freddy the AGM was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to take care of us. The room was just a tad smaller than other rooms I've stayed in, but far better than I could have ever expected for the price we paid. It was clean, smelled amazing, had a mini fridge, and a comfortable bed/pillows. The main lobby came equipped with a bar/pool table/tables and little booths to spend time in. We were even close enough to walk over to Dave and busters to spend some time on our last night. 10/10 experience
